Prospective candidates wishing to join us must first pass our own inspection at our training school on the relevant machine to ensure suitability.

Subject to a satisfactory outcome they then join us on a temporary basis where their punctuality, reliability and competency are assessed over a period of time.

If the relevant criteria are met the candidate can become a full time member of the sub contracting division and can receive additional benefits such as a van.

The above ensures that we are able to offer you the customer a much more reliable service than any agency since the operator actually has something to lose by not turning up or being late.

We understand that problems occur from time to time with everyone and this may lead to an operator not being able to attend.

We have solved this issue by paying drivers to remain on stand bye, and should there be a problem a relief driver will be dispatched immediately.

This reduces any potential down time.

UK Operators Ltd is not a nine to five operation; our customers enjoy the flexibility of being able to order drivers from 05.00hrs – 22.00hrs seven days a week which proves invaluable for out of hour operations or to cover your own sickness / absenteeism problems.
